This Privacy Policy explains how [Intrady legal entity, e.g. Intrady, Inc.] ("Intrady", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Intrady applications, websites, and services (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and profile details, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Brokerage connection. When you connect a broker via OAuth, we receive authorization to access account and market data. Access tokens are stored encrypted on our servers; your broker refresh token is held only by our backend and is never exposed to the client applications.
• Usage data. Information about how you use the Service, such as features accessed, dashboards and layouts, device and log information, and diagnostic data.
• AI conversations. The prompts, messages, and context you submit to Intrady AI, along with the responses, are stored so your conversation history persists across sessions.
• Payment information. Subscription and billing are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• To connect to your broker and market-data providers and display the data you request;
• To generate AI-assisted analysis in response to your requests;
• To process subscriptions and payments;
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and updates; and
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Third-party services and sub-processors

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service. These include:

• Your connected brokerage — brokerage connectivity and market data.
• Market-data providers — quotes, fair-value pricing, news, and fundamentals.
• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Stripe — subscription and payment processing.
• Anthropic — the AI model (Claude) that powers Intrady AI. Content you submit to Intrady AI is processed by Anthropic to generate responses.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run and monitor the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Disclosure for legal reasons

We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Intrady or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive tokens and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can disconnect your broker at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. To exercise these rights, email privacy@intrady.com.

8. Cookies

Our websites use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site and keep you signed in. We do not use them to sell your data.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
