Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how intrady LLC ("intrady", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the intrady desktop application, our websites, and related services (the "Service"). It applies to intrady.com and to the intrady application.

intrady is a broker-connected trading application. Two things follow from that, and we want them stated up front: we handle financial account information, which is treated as sensitive personal information under some laws; and when you use intrady AI, your portfolio and trading data are sent to our AI model provider to generate a response. Both are described in detail below.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information. Your email address and any profile details you provide. Accounts and authentication are managed through our authentication provider.
  • Brokerage connection. When you connect a broker via OAuth, we receive access and refresh tokens authorizing us to read your account data and to transmit orders you initiate. We do not receive or store your brokerage username or password.
  • intrady AI conversations. The prompts and messages you submit to intrady AI, the responses generated, and the account and market data retrieved to answer them, are stored so your conversation history persists across sessions.
  • Your configuration. Workspace layouts, watchlists, screener presets, favorites, and similar preferences.
  • Support and correspondence. Information you provide when you contact us.
  • Early-access signups. If you join the waitlist on our website, we store your email address, the page or campaign you signed up from, the referring URL, and your browser’s user-agent string.

Information we receive from your broker

  • Financial and trading data. Account balances, buying power, positions, orders, executions, transactions, and realized and unrealized profit and loss. Full brokerage account numbers are removed before we store account payloads.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and diagnostic data. Features accessed, application and server logs, error and crash diagnostics, and performance data.
  • Device and connection data. IP address, operating system, application version, and similar technical information contained in requests to our servers.
  • Website analytics. On our marketing website, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregate traffic and usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referral source. See Section 7.

We do not collect your government ID, Social Security number, biometric data, precise geolocation, or the contents of any account other than the brokerage account you choose to connect. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To connect to your broker, display your account data, and transmit the orders you initiate.
  • To retrieve market data, news, and options data you request.
  • To generate AI-assisted analysis when you use intrady AI.
  • To process subscriptions, payments, and free trials.
  • To communicate with you about your account, security, service changes, and support requests.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not use your trading data, portfolio, or AI conversations for advertising, and we do not use them to train third-party AI models.

3. intrady AI — what is shared and why

intrady AI is built on large language models provided by Anthropic, PBC. When you send a message to intrady AI, the assistant may call internal tools that retrieve your account data — including your portfolio summary, positions, recent orders, transactions, trade performance, and portfolio returns — as well as market data, quotes, price history, news, calendars, and options chains.

Your message, the conversation history, and the results of those tool calls are transmitted to Anthropic so that a response can be generated. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, content submitted through its API is not used to train its models. Your conversations and messages are also stored in our database, associated with your account, so that your history persists. You can delete a conversation at any time.

If you would rather your portfolio and trading data never leave our systems for this purpose, do not use intrady AI. The rest of the Service functions without it.

4. Brokerage tokens and financial data

  • Encryption. Broker access and refresh tokens are encrypted with industry-standard authenticated encryption before they are stored.
  • Isolation. Your broker refresh token is held only by our backend and is never sent to the desktop application or any browser. The desktop application receives only a short-lived access token when it needs one.
  • Access control. Broker tokens are accessible only to our backend services. Access controls are designed so that you can read only your own account data.
  • Minimization. Full brokerage account numbers are scrubbed from stored account payloads.
  • Revocation. You can disconnect your broker at any time, which revokes our authorization. You may also revoke access directly through your broker.

Some laws — including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended — treat account credentials and financial account information as sensitive personal information. We collect and use it only to provide the Service you asked for. We do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to operate the Service, and only as needed. Each is bound to use it solely for that purpose.

  • Your connected broker — receives the orders you initiate and returns your account, position, and transaction data. Governed by your agreement with your broker.
  • Anthropic, PBC — provides the AI models behind intrady AI. Receives the content described in Section 3 when you use the assistant.
  • Stripe, Inc. — processes subscriptions and payments. Receives your billing details directly; we receive only your subscription status and a customer identifier.
  • Authentication and data hosting providers — provide account authentication and the infrastructure we use to operate the Service.
  • Google LLC — provides Google Analytics 4 on our marketing website. Receives the analytics data described in Section 7. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Hosting, logging, and monitoring providers — run and monitor our servers.

Market-data providers do not receive your personal information. We retrieve market-wide data from them; we do not send them anything that identifies you.

We may also disclose information:

  • If required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other legal process, or in response to a lawful request by a regulator or law-enforcement authority.
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of intrady, our users, or the public, and to investigate fraud or abuse.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets — in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

7. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

Our marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how traffic arrives). Google Analytics may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device and may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages you visit. We use this data for aggregate site analytics and product improvement — not for advertising, and not to build cross-site advertising profiles.

Google’s use of information collected through Google Analytics is governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can learn more about Google Analytics cookies and controls at Google’s partner sites page, and you may opt out of Google Analytics via browser add-ons or settings offered by Google.

Our marketing website does not contain advertising pixels or other third-party trackers beyond Google Analytics as described above.

The intrady desktop application stores your authentication session and your preferences in local storage on your own device. That is local application state, not a cookie, and it is not transmitted to Google Analytics. Our servers keep ordinary request logs as described in Section 1.

If we change our analytics or cookie practices in a material way, we will update this policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent first.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Account, configuration, trading, and conversation data — for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize this data within 30 days, except where we must retain it by law.
  • Broker tokens — until you disconnect your broker or delete your account, at which point they are deleted.
  • Billing and tax records — retained as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven years.
  • Server and diagnostic logs — retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and abuse prevention, and then deleted or aggregated.
  • Early-access signups — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

We may retain information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), application-level encryption of broker tokens at rest, access controls on user data, scoped service credentials, and least-privilege operational access. A plain-language summary is on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. Report a vulnerability to security@intrady.com.

10. Your privacy rights

All users

You can access and correct much of your information directly in the Service, disconnect your broker at any time, delete individual AI conversations, and request deletion of your account. To exercise any right, email privacy@intrady.com from the address on your account. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

United States — California and other states

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to access a portable copy; to correct inaccuracies; to delete your information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (we do none of these); and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the Service, which is a permitted purpose). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Europe, the United Kingdom, and similar regimes

If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data; the right to data portability; the right to withdraw consent at any time; and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you signed up for, connect your broker, and process payments.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, debug, and improve the product, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligation — to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Consent — where we ask for it, such as optional marketing email. You may withdraw consent at any time.

11. International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Children

The Service is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@intrady.com.

13. Third-party sites and services

The Service may link to or interoperate with third-party websites and services, including your broker. We do not control them, and this policy does not apply to them. Review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and if a change is material we will notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect.
